OUR RETURNS POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.If your item doesn't have the swing label attached or has clearly been worn we unfortunately cannot offer you a full refund. You will also require the receipt or proof of purchase. Please put the original packing slip in with your return or a note with your order number or we won't know who it's from!

To start a return, you can contact us at info@thecountryduckco.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Fernlea, Wembworthy, Chulmleigh, Devon, EX18 7SB.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• There are no charges for return
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

Items in the outlet store or on sale are not eligible for returns.
